Amongst the common popular pedals in the range is the Nuke Proof Neutron, which you can buy in a high specification model like the Nukeproof Neutron Mag-Ti Pedal 2011, available near the £140 price level. Alternatively, more basic versions are available around the £50 price mark like the Nukeproof Neutron Pedal.
The Nuke Proof Proton is also popular and can be found ranging from for example £50 for the Nukeproof Proton Pedal, up to £140 for the higher specification Nukeproof Proton Mag-Ti Pedal 2011. Another well known pedal is the Nuke Proof Electron which is available in a price range from £30 to £30, with models like the Nukeproof Electron Pedal at the higher specifications end and the Nukeproof Electron Pedal for more standard cycling needs.
The pedal bodies are CNC machined, which allows for maintaining strength while keeping weight at a minimum. They run on DU bushings, with the load spread by two sealed cartridge bearings and the axle to pedal body gaps given a lip seal to prevent water and dirt getting in.
The design is around a low profile parallelogram to give good ground clearance and your foot can sit within the pedal slightly thanks to a concave depression, improving grip and comfort.
Ten replaceable pins on each side allow you to customise the grip level to suit.
The variations of the Nukeproof Neutron are as follows: Alu/CroMo - which use forged alloy pedal body and CroMo axle at a weight of 438g per pair. Alu/Ti - which use forged alloy pedal body and titanium axle (374g per pair). Mag/Ti - using forged and CNC-machined magnesium body and titanium axle for light weight and strength (294g per pair).

The pedal has a low profile design to give good ground clearance, together with a concavity to allow your foot to sit into the pedal to some extent.
